Can I write my own message?
Not right now. Each necklace comes with its card already printed — five versions, one for whoever you're buying for. That's deliberate. The hardest part of this gift is finding the words, so we wrote them.
Is it real gold?
No, and we won't pretend otherwise. It's polished surgical steel with a gold finish — rose gold on one option, 18K yellow gold on the other. A solid gold necklace does not exist at this price from anyone. The steel is the part that matters, because it's what stops the green mark.
How big is the pendant?
0.6 inches tall and 1.1 inches across — noticeable, not oversized. It's two-tone: on the silver and rose gold option, one heart is polished steel and the other is rose gold. The chain adjusts from 18 to 22 inches.
Will it turn her skin green?
No. That happens when plating wears off cheap brass or alloy and the raw metal meets skin. Surgical steel doesn't corrode and doesn't react, so there's nothing underneath to stain her.
Will it arrive in time?
Most orders land 5 to 8 business days after you place them. If it's for a specific date, order at least two weeks ahead. Carriers have bad weeks and we'd rather you had it early.
What if she doesn't like it?
Straight answer: because every piece is made after you order it, we can't take it back for a change of mind. What we do cover is anything that turns up damaged, faulty or not what you ordered — photo to us within 30 days and a replacement goes out free, with nothing to return.
