No. That happens with plated brass and cheap alloy, where the base metal reacts with skin once the plating wears. Surgical steel doesn’t corrode and doesn’t react.

It’s surgical steel with a 14k white gold or 18k yellow gold finish. Not solid gold — at this price nothing is. The finish gives the color, the steel underneath is what makes it last.
How fast will it get here?

Email us a photo within 30 days and we’ll send a replacement free. You don’t need to mail the original back to us.
Can I return it if she doesn’t love it?
Because each piece is made to order there’s no shelf to put it back on, so we can’t take returns for change of mind. We will always replace anything that turns up faulty, damaged or not as described.
