Most people don't struggle to feel it. They struggle to say it.
That's the whole reason NeverGreen exists. There's a particular kind of gift you buy when you owe someone more than you've ever managed to put into words — and most of what's on offer is either flowers that die in a week or something that turns your wrist green by the end of the month.
We wanted to make the opposite of that.
Why the name
Cheap jewelry is usually plated brass or alloy. It looks fine in a photo. Then the plating wears, the metal underneath meets skin, and it leaves a green mark. Everyone has owned a piece that did this.
Every NeverGreen piece is built on surgical steel — the same family of steel used for medical instruments. It doesn't corrode and it doesn't react with skin. That's where the name came from, and it's also the promise: a gift that's still there in five years, not one that got quietly thrown away.
The card is the point
Every piece arrives with the message already written and sitting in the box. Not a blank card for you to fill in badly at the kitchen table — the actual thing you meant, printed properly.
That's the part people tell us about. The necklace is what she wears. The card is what she keeps in a drawer.
Made properly, sent quickly
Every piece is put together and packed after you order it, at our fulfilment studio in Saint Petersburg, Florida. Nothing is sitting in a container somewhere. It means we can't ship it the same day — production takes a few days — but it also means it reaches you in about a week rather than a month.
If something's wrong
Email us. We replace anything that turns up faulty, damaged or not as described, and you don't have to send the original back. We'd rather fix it than argue about it.
