Shipping policy

How long it takes

Every NeverGreen piece is made to order in Saint Petersburg, Florida. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting — your necklace is produced after you place the order.

Production takes 3 to 5 business days. Delivery once it ships is typically 2 to 3 business days. Most orders arrive within 5 to 8 business days of being placed.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. If you haven't seen it, check your spam folder before emailing us — it's almost always there.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all US orders. There is no minimum.

Ordering for a specific day

If this is for a birthday, Mother's Day or another date that matters, please order at least two weeks ahead. Production and delivery times are typical, not guaranteed, and carriers have bad weeks. We would much rather you had it early than watch it arrive the day after.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Wrong address

If you spot a mistake in your shipping address, email us straight away. We can usually correct it while the order is still in production, but once it has shipped, we can't reroute it.
